Our beloved C04 Czech Inspired Pale Lager is back on draft pouring via our LUKR taps. This Lightening Barley variety grown by Mosher Farms was malted by Valley Malt following an old Czech recipe - creating Jalowetz Pilsner Malt, a truly undermodified malt perfect for decoction and modification in the brewhouse. 

We employed a triple decoction, added NY grown USDA 032 Hops from the Hop Guild, naturally carbonated and let it lager as long as needed be to mature and clear up on its own. We love this beer because it proves you can make a Czech style beer with NY grown ingredients that takes on a whole new sense of time and place. Stop in and try it on draft soon!
