New Spring Beer Releases!

Spring is finally here - which means the return to our favorite decoction beers:
C04 Czech Inspired Pale Lager 4.6% - This is a true labor of love. Using Jalowetz Pilsner (lightening barley variety from Mosher Farms, NY) which has been malted by Andrea at Valley Malt to 1930s Czech Malt Recipe guidelines - this allows us, the brewers, to employ a triple decoction mash regimen to build a ton of complex bready malt character. We balance this with Hop Guild USDA 032 Hops (they are finally releasing a name soon!) for a spicy, herbal and floral kick. We get fresh pretzel, brioche, gardenia and lively character out of this one. It’s a must try on our Lukr Taps!
D02 Bavarian Style Wheat Ale. We brewed this beer using the same Jalowetz Pilsner & Warthog Red Wheat Malts from Valley Malt. Coming in at 5%, we employ a single decoction and step mash regimen to build flavor, body and maximum drinkability! We also use an old school German wheat yeast and mimic open fermentation to help create a beautiful ester profile. We’re tasting banana pie, vanilla bean, clove and a lite tart lemony finish.
We also just released a refined batch of our HOPPY - east meets west coast IPA and really enjoying the clarity of hop character from the Hop Guild NY grown Chinook, Cascade & Triumph Hops.
See you soon!
