As fall fades away and we head into the colder winter months, we like to embrace the maltier, darker and richer styles that keep us warm and fuzzy. For starters, we released our first M03 Porter on draft made with a medley of base and specialty malts all grown in NY from Valley Malt & New York Craft Malt. The smooth roasty character gives way to a lovely molasses rich body while still finishing slightly dry to give you a reason to keep drinking. We also released our popular C03 Pilsner, this time brewed with fresh Perle hops that give off a lemon verbena, pear and herbal character. Available on draft and cans to-go. More releases coming soon!
