Part of our exploration between coffee and beer includes blending co-fermented light roast coffees with lighter beers to showcase and capture the aromatics and tasting notes of the coffee as much as possible.
We were fortunate recently to receive a batch of coconut, co-fermented Caturra roasted by our friends at Dak (Amsterdam) which we felt would blend really well with our latest C05 Cream Ale release.
Available now on draft via Lukr Taps, R10 features tasting notes of pineapple, coconut and vanilla while remaining balanced, drinkable, delicate and NOT “roasty.”
