DESCRIPTION: Our midwestern take on this beloved classic is naturally carbonated (pun intended) and features Sugar Creek Under-modified Malt, German Spalter Hops from Michigan Hop Alliance and an undeniable favorite yeast from a storied brewery near the Rhine River in Germany, courtesy of Omega Yeast. We get subtle & lovely esters of pear on the nose with delicate notes of pan dulce (reminiscent of our childhood) from the malt. This balanced session beer finishes nice and crisp, ready for another pour.
