DESCRIPTION: Named after Dayglow's Rareglow, our most important category is the exploration of coffee and beer together. Our intent is to highlight unique and experimental coffees in a new way. R01 combines sauv blanc, gooseberry and grapefruit notes from Nelson Sauvin & Hallertau Blanc hops with hyper sweet lychee and raspberry from the red plum, thermal shock coffee processed Castillo by Diego Bermudez. Roasted by our friends Manhattan Coffee Roasters in Rotterdam. The result is a coffee pale ale full of complexity. We may not be the first to make coffee beers but we hope to be among the best.
